» Gang Leader - Kali

kali controls the bloods with an iron fist, exhibiting a ruthless, callous attitude when exerting authority. she is a strong, vicious leader, and is resistant to anything  that may help the other gangs in any way. though it may seem she's out for everyone's throat, kali puts the needs of her members before anything else.
once you're a part of the gang, it doesn't matter who you were, and what you've done. everybody bleeds black.

» Purpose - POWER. CONTROL. The desire to rule the town and be at the very top is what drives the Bloods, and thus, the gang's every action is geared towards achieving complete domination.

Dedicated hard-workers who are willing to fight tooth and nail to do what needs to be done are applauded in the Blood community. The gang looks for steadfast loyalty in their members, and only when you've proved it to them do they see potential in you. Those who have no skills but are willing to learn are more desirable than those who have strength but are belligerent. You either earn your worth in the bloods, or you're worth nothing to them at all. And of course— the more terrifying you are, the better.

— Currently there is a 15 member limit. 
— Never bring outsiders to our HQ and don't tell anyone where it is.
— Respect those above you. Do as you're told. If you don't agree with a command, take it up with Kali.
— Never be defenseless. Have a weapon or someone with you at all times. Never meet anyone outside the gang alone.
— Look out for your fellow members. A gang whose members feel no obligation towards each other is a gang doomed to fail.
— Respect any allies we have and to some degree, other rival gangs. Minor pranks and squabbles are allowed, but don't do unnecessary shit and get us into/start a serious war.
— DO NOT TOUCH COPS. Don't kidnap them, don't kill them, don't seek them out. If they take you in, don't snitch. If you have a problem with a certain officer, consult Kali and she'll decide whether or not to orchestrate a response.
— Conflict and aggression towards other members are allowed up to a certain extent. In some cases, the Bloods encourage a nice, clean fight to clear the air. However, if it negatively affects the gang and your work, expect consequences.

Physical traits - The gang doesn't boast any common, unique characteristics among their members, but as per the gang name, there tend to be darker toned monsters. Candy toned or paler monsters are rare. Every member has a tattoo of the gang's mantra somewhere on their body, and a scar from their initiation day. Initiation scars are usually proudly shown off— the longer or deeper the cut, the more impressive.
Clothing - Clothing in the gang is mostly varied and custom to each member's taste, but black is usually found on every monster's person, with muted tones of red if wanted. 
General disposition - In general, members of the gang have varied personalities. Friendly, close relations between members is encouraged. The Bloods don't mind pain, but they are proud. Pride, dignity, honor; these are things no ability can replace. However, there tends to be a vibe of wildness in the members, unpredictable even. Cold, callous, and intimidating members are common. Despite that, their preference towards keeping a cool composure is rendered moot when not in the face of others. When the Bloods party, it is an event.

Gang Customs - New members are usually introduced by an already existing member of the gang. When testing a new, potential member, the monster is challenged to complete a task proving their loyalty to the gang. How severe the task is can vary. Once approved, new members are given a knife to draw blood from their hand and shake hands with Kali and senior members of the gang. The phrase, "Everyone Bleeds Black" is then tattooed onto the monster's body, and to celebrate, a party is thrown. The ensuing celebration often includes members going off to deface public property, loot stores, or, in rare cases, kidnap a member from another gang and have "fun" with them for the rest of the night.
Before any important event, as a sort of ritual, members will often join their bloodied hands together and chant, "Everyone bleeds black." Before tournaments, members dip their hands in black ink and clap their comrades on the backs.
Hierarchy - Kali is seen as the absolute authority in the gang. Only one monster is allowed the title of being her "right hand woman". However, Kali does allow senior members to delegate and relay tasks from her to other members. Senior members are given more of a certain respect in the gang, as well as those who have proven their strength and cunning. 
Other activities - Looting, graffiti, sparring, screwing with the police, selling pot/opiates, loitering
Living style - The Bloods don't skimp when it comes to comfortable living. Soft beds and shiny things are commonplace. Stolen, expensive goods often decorate the HQ.
